Factor is a no-code middleware platform for DeFi that enables users to create, automate, and manage complex on-chain strategies via a modular, drag-and-drop interface.
I led a team of four frontend engineers in delivering a seamless user experience across all digital touchpoints.

• Leadership: eliminated operational bottlenecks for a team of four by implementing structured Agile workflows. Restored consistent delivery cycles within 30 days through strategic resource alignment and technical mentorship.
• Architectural Overhaul: engineered a centralized Design Library and Data Layer to consolidate four disparate codebases into a modular architecture, drastically reducing technical debt and code redundancy

Alto is a decentralized lending protocol for minting DUSD stablecoins against yield-bearing collateral.

• Engineering: Maintained a TypeScript and Next.js codebase, ensuring high-performance and responsive UI delivery across the full product suite
• Design System Ownership: Architected the Storybook brand design library to standardize UI components and streamline the hand-off between UX and engineering.
• Transaction Logic: Engineered a complex, multi-step transaction flow handling asynchronous states across multiple chains leveraging LayerZero APIs, and user interactions.
• Web3 Infrastructure: integrated and optimized data fetching and debugging workflows using RPC, Subgraphs, Tenderly, and various Wallet providers.
